Driver rescued from roadside ditch after Limassol crash

A driver had to be extracted from their vehicle by a Fire Service rescue team after losing control on the Akrounta–Dierona road in Limassol district at around 12:39pm on Tuesday.

According to the Fire Service, the Agios Nikolaos fire station responded with a vehicle and rescue team. The driver lost control of the vehicle, which left the road and came to rest on its side in a roadside ditch....
