Zelenskiy: Putin’s response to meeting proposal shows he does not want to end war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday that Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s rejection of his proposal for a meeting to end more than four years off conflict showed that the Kremlin had no wish to end the war.
