Young motorcyclist killed in Strovolos traffic collision

A 23-year-old motorcyclist died following a traffic collision in Strovolos on Saturday afternoon, police said.

The incident occurred at around 12:00 p.m. on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue in Strovolos, near the Kalamon roundabout. Preliminary reports indicated that under conditions currently being investigated, the motorcycle collided with a car ahead of it, throwing the rider to the ground....
