Ukraine begins appeal against IOC move to reinstate Russian Olympic Committee

The National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Ukraine has begun the process of appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) decision to provisionally reinstate the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC), the Ukrainian ruling body said on Wednesday.
