Every day, citizens and workers at the old Limassol Hospital face a deeply unsettling sight. Two or three people sleeping on the ground, on a bench, on the paving stones. Uncovered, alone, in full view of every passer-by.

In a Cyprus that has just left the EU Presidency behind. In the city of towers. No one takes any interest in these people, even though everyone knows they’re there. The municipality, together with state services, should find a solution for them....
