According to police, only two open-air stadiums actually meet the safety and legal requirements for hosting matches. The rest? Riddled with problems: patchy CCTV coverage, lax ticket checks, sloppy stewarding. If a ground genuinely can’t stretch to a proper high-quality camera system, the “state-of-the-art” job as everyone likes to call it, then it needs to go cap in hand to the state and ask for help.
Letting a problem fester for years with the state’s blessing does nobody any credit. Right...
