Spin: old-school music and pizza in Nicosia

Tucked away in central Nicosia, Spin has become a meeting point for people after good pizza, a curated list of Cypriot wine, and music played only on vinyl.

The centrepiece is sourdough pizza, made with dough left to mature with a sourdough starter, giving it a light texture, a crisp crust and a fuller flavour.
