Restaurant review: Why Ethos Vin may be Paphos’ most beautiful restaurant

There have long been wine bars in Paphos, but now there is Ethos Vin, located in a beautiful stone building in the historical part of the Old Town with quite possibly the most beautiful interior of any restaurant in Paphos. The main room is vast with a central bar and lots of tables and booths dotted around – all very New York!
