Owner struck on the head in attempted Larnaca jewellery shop robbery

An unknown man attempted to rob a jeweller’s shop in the Drosia area of Larnaca this morning, pointing a gun at the 73-year-old owner.

Larnaca CID received the report at around 9:00 am. According to the complaint, the attacker wore a black long-sleeved top and a food delivery company vest, and had his face fully covered by a black motorcycle helmet....
