Owner of Xylofagou building where boys died says ‘I didn’t want children in premises’

The owner of the apartment complex where the two Bulgarian brothers lived has said he saw and spoke to them at around 10:20 to 10:30am on Sunday morning — hours before they were found dead in a locked car.
