Prisons are, without question, loaded with problems. One union keeps shouting about violence in prisons, drugs, rapes. But hold on, the management carries its share of the blame too, and so does the ministry responsible, which needs to sort these problems out. But the staff whose actual job is keeping order and security, what are they doing?
