No commercial reason to risk seafarers’ lives, IMO chief says

International Maritime Organisation (IMO) secretary-general Arsenio Dominguez has warned that there is “No commercial or operational consideration” that can justify exposing seafarers to serious danger, amid concerns over vessels continuing to transit the Strait of Hormuz without credible security guarantees.
