New bills target vehicle market chaos and mileage tampering

Two bills from the Road Transport Department (RTD) aim to bring order to what had been chaos around vehicle recalls, establishing Approval and Market Surveillance Authorities and, for the first time, formally regulating the vehicle trader profession.
