It’s time for permanent daylight saving time in Europe too

The US House of Representatives voted on Tuesday to make daylight saving time permanent, passing the measure 308 votes to 117.

In Europe, the twice-yearly ritual carries on as usual. Clocks still spring forward an hour on the last Sunday in March, and fall back an hour on the last Sunday in October.
