Investigators treat Xylofagou boys’ deaths as negligence case

Investigators in the British Sovereign Base Areas have settled on alleged negligence as the offence under investigation in the deaths of two Bulgarian brothers, aged 8 and 10, who were found dead on Sunday afternoon in their father’s car in Xylofagou.
