Holguín heads to New York, then Brussels, in push to unlock Cyprus negotiations

UN Personal Envoy María Ángela Holguín is in New York until the end of the week for consultations at UN headquarters on the Cyprus problem, in meetings that informed sources told Philenews could determine the next steps in the negotiating process.
