Government plans independent criminal investigators for Mafia State report

The government intends to appoint an independent criminal investigator or investigators to examine the Independent Authority Against Corruption’s report on the “Mafia Sta“Mafia State” case, Government Spokesman Constantinos Letymbiotis said on Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters at the Presidential Palace, Letymbiotis said the Council of Ministers plans to make the appointment after the full report is first forwarded by the authority to the Law Office....
