EU calls emergency home affairs meeting over Ceuta migrant arrivals dispute

The European Union will hold an emergency meeting of home affairs ministers on Tuesday, 4 August, amid ongoing disputes within the bloc regarding the arrival of more than 50,000 migrants in the Spanish territory of Ceuta in North Africa, the Guardian reports.
