Cyprus digital TV switch sparks 400 complaints as old network returns for three months

Cyprus’s switch to the new DVB-T2 terrestrial digital television system ran into widespread problems from the first day of July, leaving households without a signal and prompting about 400 complaints over equipment, installation costs and technical failures.
