Cyprus apartment prices rise 10.8% as property market maintains upward trend

Apartment prices in Cyprus increased 10.8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026, while the overall House Price Index climbed 7.5%, driven primarily by strong demand from foreign buyers and rising construction costs, the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) said on Tuesday.
