Culture should be open to all says new deputy minister

Culture must be “open to all”, newly appointed Deputy Culture Minister Clea Hadjistefanou-Papaellina said on Thursday as she officially took over the portfolio from outgoing deputy minister Vasiliki Kassianidou.
