Citizens complain of planning amnesty delays

Complaints from citizens about delays in the processing of planning amnesty applications are mounting. The government announced a planning amnesty scheme in September 2024, designed to allow citizens with small-scale unauthorised structures to regularise them and obtain title deeds.
