Appeal court quashes conviction over deadly Arakapas fire

The Court of Appeal has cleared a 69-year-old man jailed for eight years over the fire that tore through mountainous Limassol in July 2021 and killed four workers, ruling that his guilt was not proved beyond reasonable doubt.
